WHAT YOU’LL DO HERE:
- Develop and manage timelines; defining and tracking tasks, dependencies, priorities and milestones
- Create detailed project estimates for projects that may include but aren’t limited to integrated campaigns, brand development, marketing collateral and websites
- Monitor budgets, establish project plans and processes to avoid and/or resolve scope creep, budget overages or efficiency issues
- Organize, structure, and prioritize workloads, ensuring teams stay focused and motivated
- Facilitate communication between internal teams, and clients when necessary
- Proactively identify project risks and formulate strategies to mitigate them
- Work with appropriate team members to develop site maps and business requirements documentation (e.g., goals, use cases, user stories, functional and non-functional requirements)
- Review all project deliverables for quality assurance (QA)
- Maintain status documents and lead internal status meetings; track projects leveraging internal system
This position will work side-by-side with account managers and other department heads to create and uphold agency processes as they relate to the client and agency.
DESIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:
- At least 3 years experience in an agency setting with both digital and traditional projects
- In-depth understanding of creative, web development, media, and analytics departmental operations; comfortable communicating with members of these departments as well as clients and vendors about related topics
- Experience managing timelines, budgets, and resourcing
- Experience creating and maintaining Gantt charts
- Experience with Workamajig or similar time/project management programs
- Some experience with business and functional requirements gathering
- Some experience managing website development, including strategy, sitemaps, user flows/journeys, wireframes, design and development
- Extremely organized with keen attention to detail
- Capable of self-managing and multi-tasking in a fast-paced environment
- Strong oral and written skills
